There are three kinds of common abnormal noise of bearings: metal noise, regular noise and irregular noise.
01 The metal makes a loud noise.
1. The main reasons for producing a lot of metal noise are abnormal bearing load, poor installation, insufficient lubricating oil, improper, etc.
2. Countermeasures to solve the abnormal bearing load: correctly install, study the bearing clearance, adjust the preload, and correct the position of the casing shoulder.
3. Countermeasures to solve poor installation: improve the machining accuracy of shaft sleeve and bearing seat, improve the installation accuracy, and improve the installation method.
4. Countermeasures for bearing lubricant shortage: replenish lubricant and select appropriate lubricant.
02 Scattered noise
1. Sometimes, during "easy", "easy", "sound" and intermittent operation, the bearing will change regularly, which is the noise rule. The main causes of bearing noise are: indentation, rust, scratch, rolling surface deformation caused by foreign matters and raceway surface fracture.
2. Countermeasures against the indentation, rust and scar on the rolling surface of bearing foreign matters: replace the bearing, clean relevant parts, improve the sealing device, and use clean lubricating oil.
3. Countermeasures to solve the surface deformation of steel bearing after carburization: replace the bearing and pay attention to its use.
4. Countermeasures for bearing pavement fracture: replace the bearing.
03 Noisy.
1. When the bearing is running, if it makes a "squeak" sound that does not change with the speed, it is an irregular noise, which is common in small bearings. The main reasons are: the gap is too large, foreign matter intrusion, ball damage and fracture.
2. Countermeasures for excessive bearing clearance: study the fit and bearing clearance, and correct the preload.
3. Countermeasures against the intrusion of foreign matters into the bearing: research and replace the bearing, clean the relevant parts, improve the sealing device, and use clean lubricating oil.
4. Solve the damage or fracture of bearing ball: replace the bearing.
