6. After long-term operation of the chemical centrifugal pump, due to mechanical wear and tear, the unit noise and vibration will increase. It should be stopped for inspection, and wearing parts and bearings should be replaced if necessary. The unit overhaul cycle is generally one year.
7. Chemical centrifugal pumps should be lubricated every 500 hours. When the motor power is greater than 11kw, an oil injection device is provided, which can be directly injected from a high-pressure oil gun to ensure good lubrication of the bearings.
