DG type pump is suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, pressurized water supply for high-rise buildings, garden sprinkler irrigation, fire-fighting pressurization, long-distance water supply, heating, bathroom and other cold and warm water circulation pressurization and equipment matching, etc., and is suitable for small boiler water supply.
1. Casing
Pump casing mainly consists of suction casing, stage casing, discharge casing, diffuser and bearing and connected by bolts.Rotation direction view from drive end is clockwise.
2. Rotor
Rotor part consists of shaft, impeller, shaft sleeve and balancing disk. The components on the shaft are fastened to the shaft by key and sleeve bolts, and the whole rotor is supported within the casing by bearings at two ends. The number of the impellers are determined by the number of stage.
3. Balancing mechanism
Balancing mechanism consists of balancing ring, balancing sleeve, balancing disk and balancing pipes etc.
4. Bearing
The bearing part mainly consists of bearing housing and bearing. The bearings herein are mainly sliding bearing and rolling bearing.
5. Seal and Cooling
Shaft seal use mechanical seal or packing seal.
Wear ring and diffuser sleeve shall be replaced in time when the wearing level has effects on the pump performance and operation.Cooling system can be equipped when necessary.
